I ummed and ahhed about whether I still wanted to list my monthly goals as a blog post. When I first started doing it a few years ago, it really helped, but then 2021 kinda derailed me. So I have decided to continue to do this but if I feel these posts aren't servicing me, I'll drop them.

This is my Flash Fiction for the Advent Calendar Stories Train. I'll admit, despite this being my project and that I chose the theme, I struggled. Short fiction pieces are still not in my wheelhouse, but I hope it's still enjoyable. (I no longer like the title of this piece, but it was too late to change it. lol)

Yes, I am back! I seriously needed that hiatus and am coming back refreshed. Now, back in May, I put up a blog post about a Collab Project called the Advent Calendar Story Train. I wanted 23 writers to join the Project, whereby they would each write a Flash Fiction story under the theme The Gift.
Well, that project is ready and the first story will go live tomorrow!
Okay, so it's been forever since I did one of these posts. I like throwing them up on the blog every now and then so when I spied this one, recently, I thought, well why the heck not!

Thought I'd do something a little different for today's post and share some photos. I take inspiration from two awesome bloggers that I follow, Clare at A Suffolk Lane and Linda at Walkin' Writin' Wit & Whimsy.
The photos they share always draw me in and I love seeing the world from different locations. As a nature lover, I get such great joy from seeing their photographs.
Data breaches are not a new thing. Software and online companies are rich pickings to hackers and if they can find a way to breach and get that data, they will.

I've been blogging since 2013 and I feel pretty confident that my blogging knowledge is at a good level. Especially since I like to keep myself updated on new changes, what's working etc. However, the truth is no matter how long you've been doing something, things can still surprise you! Which is what happened to me recently, when something I was sure about... turned out to be not quite right.
Since we are still in January, I thought I'd take this opportunity to look back over my blog and see which posts people seemed most interest in visiting.
I am always working on this blog, planning content, updating old posts, adding to my ever-growing list of topics, listening to my readers requests...so I wanted to see how last year turned out.
It was my best year ever for visitors and comments and I'm so thrilled about that. So I decided to have a look at which blog posts people really loved.
