I do almost all of my writing by hand, so I can’t say much about changing fonts, but I have found that switching to a different color pen can be helpful. It probably is, as you were saying in the podcast, simply that my brain thinks “Oh, this is new and fun!”
Thanks for listening to the podcast! It’s interesting to see so many people say they write by hand. I think it’s great that more people are doing their writing analogue. Yes! I can see where changing the colour would have that affect and trick the brain into getting new dopamine hits 🙂
