I have just been informed by one of the Advent Calendar Story Train participants that they never received any of my email reminders. *panicked laughter*

That is a little concerning and would also explain why quite a few stories have not been received.

Deadline

Now, one of the reasons I made the deadline to be 1st October was specifically to give myself and the participants wiggle room should something crop up.

This happened last year when a few writers pulled out at the last minute and I had to scramble to find new writers or get participants to write extra stories (which several kindly did).

Reminder

I will attempt to reach out via email again to those participants I haven’t heard from, as they may have been missing the reminders. I’ll be emailing you today.

If you are part of the Advent Train and haven’t completed your story and are reading this and haven’t received an email from me today. Please can you email me?

I am happy to give an extension but I just want to check in with you all that you are still able to complete your stories.
