Just a reminder: There will be no Friday blog posts for the next few months while I'm on my sabbatical. Tragically, there was a death in my immediate family recently.  As such I have been away dealing with this very difficult situation.  Our earlier episodes were all pre-recorded but we have now caught up and I have not been in the right head-space to podcast.
