Some great ideas on how to keep the creative well full. Other ideas that work for me are: doing some baking or cooking, (trying new recipes especially). cleaning the house (it has to be done anyway), read kids books (amazing the ideas you can get) and listen to podcasts like The Merry Writers Podcast!
I’m glad I removed social media apps from my phone and turned off all but the basic notifications (text and phone calls).
I bet that made such a huge difference. I am always shocked that so many people still have ALL the notifications enabled. My phone is barely off mute so even the few notifications I still have like texts and calls, I usually miss them lol
I think so.
