Okay, so for the first quarter of this year, I've been at my most scattered. So I'm not counting it. Any of it! :p

Okay, so for the first quarter of this year, I've been at my most scattered. So I'm not counting it. Any of it! :p
How quickly February flew by, stealing with it all of my time. Damn you, Time Thief! 2019 hasn't been the best for me so far, in regards to managing my time and reaching goals. Circumstances outside of my control have nipped in and messed up my plans. However, I continue to make monthly goals and look back over the ones previous while trying not to get too downhearted.
It's the start of a new month, so this is when I take stock of my monthly goals. Looking back on those from the previous month and creating new ones to move me forward.
For those who don't know, I stopped doing New Year's Resolutions and moved to doing monthly goals instead. These work so much better for me. I put up my monthly goals on my blog to help keep me focused and to give me some accountability to my readers.
Well, the end of the year is upon us and the last few months have been stressful, between family situations, getting ill, buying a house and our elderly cat having surgery, I've about had it with this year. Since November was a bust in terms of completing goals, I am not going to hamstring myself this month. We are still sorting the purchase of our home and with the sad diagnosis of our cat I've decided not to go home for the holidays.
Okay seriously, where is this year going!? I blink and boom, it November! Anyway, enough of that, on to my goals. For those who don't know, I give myself a set of monthly goals and try and complete at least two thirds of them. I put them in my blog as a form of accountability and so far, it's working 🙂
It's October, one of my favourite months. When the weather gets cold, the nights grow darker and there's the hint of winter in the air. 🙂 Since we are in a new month, it's time for goal setting! For those new to my blog, what I do is set myself a list of goals for the month. These cover several aspects such as writing, blogging, personal etc.
We are already into another month, where is the year going!? For those of you new to my blog, what I do is set myself a list of goals for the month. These cover several aspects such as writing, blogging, personal etc. Goals help to keep me focused and boy do I need that! They also help to drive me towards long-term goals.
My World Builder series will be back next Friday. But in the meantime, we are in a new month so it's time for some new monthly goals! I use goals to keep me focused on the big picture and get me closer to where I want to be via smaller, easier-to-manage steps.
We're into July so it's time to create some more monthly goals. They help to keep me accountable and focused on what I need to get done. 🙂 Don't worry, Monday Marketing will be back next week.
