How to Create Super Awesome Graphics with Canva

Want to make awesome visuals for your blog or boost your marketing with eye-catching graphics?  Want to make your social media images pop?

Then, if you aren’t already, you need to be using Canva.

Since I’ve had a lot of questions on how I make my graphics and book aesthetics, I thought I’d do a tutorial/product review of the program Canva.

What My Top 5 Focus Tasks Are

Last year, I wrote a post that discussed the merits of picking your Top 5 Tasks/Projects to focus on.

We are easily distracted by Shiny Object Syndrome that has us flitting from one thing to another and actually gaining enough focus to truly commit to a project or task can be hard.

The premise of the 5 Focus Tasks is that these are the ones you truly commit to and you DO NOT take on any other tasks until these are completed.

Flash Fiction: The Dragon

Once again, I was invited to take part in an Indie Authors Writing Advent Calendar run by author Katharina Gerlach.  The topic for the Flash Fiction was “Dragons”.

After the Advent Calendar was completed in December, we were able to post our stories online on our own sites.

So in my continued effort to push my comfort zone boundary, I am sharing my new Flash Fiction here on my blog.  Hope you enjoy!

January Goals 2020 | Monthly Goals

So let’s kick off January with some goals!  I’ve decided 2020, is going to be a good year.

Mainly because the last 3 years, haven’t been too great and I’m getting a little pissed off about getting slapped in the face with bad year after bad year.

So, no more bad years.  I have decided!!  2020 is the year of DOING!

I’m going to be doing my goals a little differently… instead of crowbarring in as many as possible, I’m sticking with just ONE goal per category.  That’s right, just one!
