Seasons Greetings to All

It’s that time again.  I am currently sailing* my way back to England to visit my family.  While it’s nice to see them, it means I am away from my partner which does leave me sad.

*Is it considered sailing if you’re on a ferry…since it doesn’t have any sails?

Anyway, I am taking a short break.  The next blog post will go live on 27th December and my next Newsletter will go live on 31st December.  Not on my newsletter list?  Join here.

I will still be on break during those dates, so any comments, emails etc will be replied to in January.  Thanks for your patience!

To all my wonderful readers

Thank you so much for all your support, encouragement and excitement.  I truly hope you all have a wonderful rest over the holiday season.

Wishing you all a happy and a Merry Christmas. Image: Santa sack in the snow, full of presents

  1. I read this after Christmas..finally catching up after being a first round Cybils reader. Since tomorrow is New Year’s Eve, however, it’s not too late to wish you all good things in 2020. Have a prosperous and happy New Year!

    1. Thanks so much Rae. Don’t worry, I am only just managing to get to all my comments from early December! End of last year was so crazy.

I hope you had a lovely Christmas and I wish you all the best in this new year

    1. Thanks Victoria, I hope you had a lovely and restful holiday. The weather wasn’t too bad, though on the boat when I came over to England it was really choppy, but I kinda like that because it helps me sleep.

    1. Hope you had a great time over the festive period. Lol the “sailing” was actually really good, despite the fact the sea was really choppy, I found it very comforting, it’s like being rocked! 😀

      1. Yes I did Ari – it was quiet as just me and having the holiday in the middle of the week is kind of distracting … I found myself wondeirng what day it was for the last two weeks. Work two days, off one day, work two days, off for the weekend.

      2. lol I know that feeling, losing days – when you are having holidays and not connected to a calendar all the time you suddenly lose all knowledge of what day it is 😀 We did that and totally forgot to put our bins out, urgh! I hate doing that because they get collected every two weeks and it had already been delayed over xmas

      3. Oh that would be a problem – I put mine out and they forgot our street two weeks in a row – so I guess they got messed up from the disjointed weeks too. It took all last week to get back to the swing of things for me and remembering to put “2020” as well.

    1. Hi Cat, thanks so much. I will catch up with your properly on email in the next day or two. Hope you had a great Christmas

(Apologies for the delay, I am trying to get back through all my comments)

Thanks, Christmas was good for me. Don’t worry about how long you take, I know catching up when you’ve also got lots of comments can feel daunting, so just take your time and make sure not to feel burnt out or overwhelmed ❤ 🙂

    1. Thank you kindly, Jane. I hope you had a lovely Christmas and New Year. I have high hopes for 2020 and I wish you all the best for this new year

(Apologies for the delay, I am trying to get back through all my comments)

    1. Thanks so much for the Christmas wishes, sorry I am SO late replying. After returning from visiting family, I needed a full day in bed to cope with the overwhelm and anxiety.

I hope you had a lovely time over the Christmas break
