The Magic of Not Giving a F*#k

Our time is precious and we shouldn’t waste it on things we don’t wish to, but we all have those moments of feeling pushed into things, feeling guilty… time to let that go.

    • OMG I totally hear you! I started early on in my working life to just start saying no to office parties, after work drinks, and all that nonsense were we are expected to spend more time with people we can barely tolerate working with.

But family – it is just so much more difficult. There is that deeper obligation. I am still considered the “anti-social” one of the family who doesn’t come to all the occasions, lunches etc but I can’t get out of all of them.

Don’t you find it so freeing being able to just say no 🙂
